Our Design Process: How It Works

Initial Consultation and Site Visit
Our process begins with a 30-minute video call, where we take the time to understand your project, discuss your goals, and outline how we work. During this initial conversation, we’ll review the scope of work, budget considerations, and timelines. Following this, we arrange an in-person visit to your home, where you will walk us through the spaces you wish to transform, and we’ll address any further questions or details. After the visit, we’ll provide a comprehensive proposal, including a breakdown of the project and its estimated cost.

Design Creation
Now comes the creative phase! We begin by sending you a design questionnaire and a request to create a Pinterest board for inspiration. After gathering measurements, we hold a design concept meeting to discuss the aesthetic vision, color palette, and potential floor plan options. Once approved, we move forward with materials and furniture selections.

Ordering and Tracking
With the design finalized, we handle all ordering and tracking. To streamline delivery, we partner with a receiving warehouse, ensuring that all items arrive at once. Throughout this stage, we provide bi-weekly updates, so you always know the status of your furniture and materials.

Design Implementation
We work closely with the general contractor to ensure that every element of the design is installed and executed to our high standards. As always, we keep you updated regularly with scheduled email progress reports, ensuring transparency every step of the way.

Installation Day
The moment you’ve been waiting for! On installation day, we coordinate the delivery of furniture and oversee the placement of all design and styling elements. Once complete, it’s time to celebrate your beautiful, transformed home!
